Molecular Biology Core Pricing
Researchers can prepare libraries in their own lab and purchase a flow cell for sequencing. The prices below are are for the cost of the flow cell. There are additional charges for QC and data analysis (see bottom of page).
NOTE: We do our best to keep website prices as accurate and current as possible, but for the most up-to-date pricing please log into iLab. And keep in mind that prices almost never go up. In other words, you may be pleasantly surprised to see lower prices in iLab.

Clusters = Reads/Read-pairs
c = reagent cycles; 1 cycle = 1bp. For example, 100c kit can be used for paired-end 50bp or single-end 100bp. Reads do not need to be symmetrical; 100c could also be 25bp x 75bp
Full Service RNAseq
All RNAseq services include initial RNA QC, library prep, library QC, pooling, and sequencing. RNAseq analysis services are available upon request for additional charges. Please contact us if you would like customized read counts (we can do this) or support for specific type of analysis not in our existing pipeline (we'll talk)
